Returns & Delivery

Return period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to applicable Israeli consumer protection law.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except where the item is defective or the order was incorrect, as required by law.

Condition of items

Returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, clean, and in their original condition, with original tags attached, subject to statutory rights.
